Eco-conscious Policy
Our mission is to provide an eco-friendly alternative to the everyday consumer products.
All products are supplied by our chosen partners and suppliers and deemed an eco-friendlier alternative to regular washroom products.
We use biodegradable and recyclable packing for all orders.
Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% Satisfaction with the products purchased, simply notify us via our customer service portal, and we can provide a exchange or credit note. Item must be returned in original condition within our 7-day notification period for an exchange on your product.
To register for the guarantee, please contact us via the customer contact form and quote your order number. Our return address is noted on your delivery slip and confirmation emails.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds unless the item is not as described or faulty.
A credit note will be provided if you change your mind, or if the item you have selected, is not suitable, or no longer needed. The item must be returned in original condition, with no damage to qualify for return.
Postage Costs
Shipping is non-refundable and returns are at the cost of the purchaser.
Please return your item to us at the address provided on your delivery slip with your order number included.
Faults or damage policy
If your product has a fault or you have received an incorrect item, Ecofriendlyhygienesolutions.com.au will accept returns and will send you a replacement item or refund at no cost to you.
Under Australian Consumer law Ecofriendlyhygienesolutions.com.au will provide any customer with a no questions asked refund or replacement where your item is:

Postage and Packaging
Express Post orders are dispatched on the same day as ordered, where received before 2pm and next day thereafter. Regular post orders will be processed within 24hours of receipt.
If you have pre ordered, your product will be delivered at the time specified on your pre-order invoice.
Ecofriendlyhygienesolutions.com.au offer a single flat postage and packaging fee for all orders.
We take great care to wrap your products as best we can to protect them in transit. However, we cannot control all logistical touch points so if your order is in anyway damaged during the transit, please contact us.
Express Post
Please note the Express Post delivery network next day delivery guarantee applies to the suburbs noted at the link below.

UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, Australia post cannot guarantee any delivery timelines. If your product is not received within 14 days, please get in touch with Australia Post using the online find my parcel form.
Ecofriendlyhygienesolutions.com.au is unable to provide any refunds for late receipt of orders or if an order goes missing, however we will work with you and Australia Post to track your item, and where Australia Post is able to provide a replacement due to the packaging being lost or damaged in transit. We will send your replacement items to you via Express Post, as soon as confirmation is received.
Ecofriendlyhygienesolutions.com.au send parcels via Australia Post network suppliers and once sent, tracking updates will be sent to you via the registered email address. If you require a signature on delivery, please select that option at checkout.
