Returns Policy

We have a 14 days return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, please contact our team to discuss our return options. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and items with opened packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. All biodegradable items are non refundable. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • All single use sanitary products and personal care items

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your order number.

We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is faulty, or defective and cannot be replaced. We will exchange any time within 14 days of receipt.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will process your exchange, or provide a credit voucher, to the value of your item within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If you haven’t received a credit note or exchange within 14 days from delivery confirmation, please contact us with your delivery number. ed.

Sale items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should first contact us via the email or phone number on your delivery slip, or order confirmation. Once you have registered the return, you can send it to us. We will provide you with the return address, as some products are returned direct to the manufacturer. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning bulky items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that are lost or broken in transit.
